In the fitness world, everyone focuses on the movement part and definitely not on the sensation part. That’s a missed opportunity to boost your performance! If you are not good at taking sensory information it compromises movement. Improve it, and so will improve your physical outcome.
One of the key element of my Brain-Based Physical Performance Assessment is a thorough check of your vision, balance and proprioception. Low performance of either of those senses can cause lack of mobility, balance issues, quicker fatigue or poor coordination.
Once you know what are you weak sensory spots, you can implement exercises focusing on those in your training plan. Believe me, you will feel the difference.
Stay strong and do not neglect your senses!
