Each session is tailored exactly to what you want to achieve is proceeded by analysis of your mood, recovery, short and long term goals and needs. In order to keep the workouts as productive as possible I gather all the information concerning the above before the meeting and not during it.

After the training session you receive a sheet with suggested exercises, neurological drills and tips to follow.

Progression of the training
We discuss the previous session, recheck and
continue in the process to progression .
Online Sessions via Zoom

Train everywhere in the world, you just dial in to the Zoom Meeting and the Training begins.
