As we build stability, strength, and aerobic capacity, other essential abilities develop naturally alongside them — like balance, coordination, mobility, and more refined types of strength such as power and explosiveness.

Once stability, strength, and aerobic capacity are in place, we can build toward more advanced, integrated abilities — what I call complex performance.
