ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Painless, agile and strong. Despite a herniated disc, thanks to training with Michaela, I am once again fully productive, in sports as well as in my daily work in the law firm.
Paul-Lukas Good, Attorney & Entrepreneur
If your schedule is tight, you mostly work from home office, spend a lot of time on business travel or simply prefer home workouts to gym sessions, then online personal training is for you.
My online personal training is based on the same system as my 1:1 gym sessions. The aim of the training is to put you back in control of your own performance, career and life satisfaction. Each session is tailored exactly to what you want to achieve is proceeded by analysis of your mood, recovery, short and long term goals and needs. In order to keep the workouts as productive as possible I gather all the information concerning the above before the meeting and not during it. The sessions are conducted using ZOOM.

Using the webcam is essential so I can walk you through each movement, assess your technique. No matter if you have any workout equipment or not, I will adapt the session to environment around you and your preferences.

I base my work with each client on 12 pillars:

PRE-ASSESSMENTS AND DATA
FULL RANGE OF MOTION
MOBILITY
STRENGTH
ENDURANCE
NEUROLOGY-BASED ENHANCEMENTS
STRESS MANAGEMENT
TECHNIQUE
RECOVERY TACTICS
COORDINATION AND SENSES
PAIN MANAGEMENT
NUTRITION TACTICS

WHAT VALUE DOES THE TRAINING BRING TO YOU?
The online training I offer goes far beyond the streamed workouts that only target cardio or strength. I carry out assessments, teach you proper movement patterns and work on your pain issues with the same session quality and outcome as you would experience during the face to face training. I do not focus only on changing your body but on targeting the issues that keep you away from enhancing your physical, mental and work performance.
