About the Event
The training session include specific exercises that will prepare your strength, mobility and balance for the movement patterns that occur in waters-sports: kitesurfing, windsurfing or surfing.
The gym workouts will keep you fit off-season and make you kick in even stronger into the next year.
The trainings will include:
- Stability in rotation movements
- Balance and vision training
- Strength and conditioning
Improving your skills in these areas, will result in better movement ability. Faster rotations, more explosive, better coordinated and timed moves, which are key elements for learning new tricks, being faster and more powerful. Plus, it is the best prevention for injuries while crashing on the water.
