About the Event
In this two-hour event we will focus on the role of our brain in movement and explore how our senses impact our muscle strength. We will also take a deep dive into fundamental movement patterns and their crucial role in achieving our training goals.
The workshops will bring you a different perspective to the knowledge of your body and your training needs.
Please wear comfortable clothes as we will do low-intensity exercises.
Take some water to stay hydrated.
