About the Event

In this two-hour event we will focus on the role of our brain in movement and explore how our senses impact our muscle strength. We will also take a deep dive into fundamental movement patterns and their crucial role in achieving our training goals.

The workshops will bring you a different perspective to the knowledge of your body and your training needs.


Please wear comfortable clothes as we will do low-intensity exercises.

Take some water to stay hydrated.

The event is for everyone.

18:40- 19:20 - Discussion about the brain and its function in our movement

19:20- 19:30 - Practice

19:30-20:00  - Exploring movement patterns: theory with practice

20:00- 20:20 - Training protocol and the role of a coach
